How we work

We analyse the composition and volume of the feedstock, calculate the biogas yield and size the digesters accordingly. The design is aligned with the waste logistics of the site.

What the project includes

Digesters and feeding system, CHP unit, automation, design and permits, installation, commissioning, and staff training.

How it works

The farm supplies the feedstock — manure and silage. After homogenisation and the acidification tank it enters the digester, where biogas forms in the absence of air. The gas is cleaned and fed to a CHP unit and a gas boiler, producing electricity and heat. The digestate passes through a separator and becomes liquid and solid biofertiliser.
